Job description
Work Mode: WFO Shift: UK Shift(1 PM Onwards) The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, and delivering a seamless employee experience across the organisation. This role oversees HR systems, payroll coordination, data governance, onboarding/offboarding processes, policy management, and HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Service Delivery Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees; ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience. Collaborate with HR teams to develop and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 2. Payroll Coordination Manage payroll processes, including salary administration, benefits, and tax compliance; ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages. Coordinate with finance team to ensure seamless integration with financial systems. 3. Data Governance Ensure the integrity and security of employee data, adhering to UK GDPR regulations; develop and implement data management policies and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data protection and compliance. 4. Onboarding/Offboarding Processes Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees; ensure seamless transition and minimize disruption to business operations. Coordinate with HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data. 5. Policy Management Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures related to employment, compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters; ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop and implement policy changes. 6. HR Service Delivery Provide exceptional HR services to employees, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives; ensure timely and effective resolution of employee concerns. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and other departments.
