HR Operations Working Student (m/f/d)

Buena makes everything around real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF: Whether it's finding, buying or financing an apartment. We achieve this by taking over property management companies throughout Germany and transforming them into technology companies. We are now the third largest property management company in Germany, even though we only have a team of 25 permanent employees.

Tasks

• Monthly payroll, including ad-hoc corrections and special cases.
• Creation of contracts and supplementary agreements (templates/legal experts).
• Operational on- and offboarding: Central responsibility for system access and documents.
• Creation of people reports (headcount, absences, fluctuation).
• HR support for our subsidiaries in operational and strategic matters.

Qualification

• German (C2) and English (C1).
• On-site presence: You would like to work in our office in Prenzlauer Berg (in-office culture).
• Precision: An exact and conscientious way of working is standard for you.
• Communication skills: You have experience in dynamic environments and know how important close coordination is.
• HR interest: High willingness to learn; ideal as a career start.
• Personal responsibility: You want to join a young, growing company and can work independently.
