HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

You are our central point of contact for all operational HR matters as an HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d). You ensure that our HR processes not only run smoothly, but also well organized and service-oriented.

You accompany our colleagues from the first application step to departure and support our executives with all HR topics that arise in everyday life.

Your Tasks

• You manage the recruitment process – from job posting to hiring
• Better management and planning of interviews are at your discretion
• You create employment contracts and adjust them as needed
• You take care of the complete employee lifecycle – from onboarding to departure
• Organization and control of ZÜP and ID card processes are in your capable hands
• You coordinate mandatory training sessions and ensure that qualification certificates match
• Colleagues and executives turn to you for operational HR questions
• You support the continuous improvement of our HR processes and systems

You Bring

• You have already gained some experience in operational personnel matters
• Recruiting and personnel management are familiar to you
• Labor law is no mystery to you
• You work structured, independently, and take on responsibility gladly
• You enjoy organizing and setting priorities
• You are proficient in MS Office and HR systems
