We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist & Ausbilder:in (m/w/d) who can bring together many open apprenticeship positions and international talents who want to start their training in Germany. To make our model grow stably, we are looking for you. You are close to daily business, keep administrative threads tidy together, and drive our recruiting forward. What makes you special: You know your way around HR and labor law and have a clear understanding of rules and processes. At the same time, you don't need a ready-made blueprint to bring things safely, pragmatically, and solution-oriented onto the street. You are a fixed part of our HR team and report directly to the HR Business Partner.

Aufgaben

HR Operations & Recruiting (Your operational focus)

• Administration & Payroll: Self-responsible personnel administration from entry to exit, maintenance of files/data and preliminary payroll calculation (DATEV) including plausibility checks.
• Recruiting & Selection Process: You actively support talent acquisition – from setting up job postings (Zoho) over binding candidate communication to term coordination and accompaniment of the selection process.
• PRACTICAL PROCESS DESIGN: You wrap up onboarding and absences not only, but recognize where processes are stuck, and take proactive initiative to make them leaner and more logical.
• Troubleshooting: When processes are missing, forms are unclear or authorities are obstructive, you don't fold your hands. You find a smart, feasible solution on your own.

Ausbildung (Cooperative Training & Mentoring)

• Coordinating & Mentoring: You steer the training organization (partner company, vocational school, Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and are the point of contact for our apprentices in everyday life. If there are cultural hurdles or problems, you think
