For our HR Team Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality to strengthen our HR Operations as part of a maternity cover. The position is limited until June 2027 with the option of permanent employment. In this role, you will ensure professional HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle and support employees, managers, and the HR team with high service quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry through mutations to exit
• Creation of employment contracts, contract and salary adjustments, references, employment confirmations, and other personnel-related documents
• Maintenance and administration of HR data and documents in SAP SuccessFactors, Abacus, Centric, and SharePoint
• Management of the HR e-mail inbox, triage of inquiries, and support for employees and managers in administrative HR matters
• Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, as well as internal and external contacts
• Participation in the further development of HR processes, digital solutions, and SharePoint content
• Participation in HR projects

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and a further HR-specific education, preferably with a federal HR specialist qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an administrative HR function
• Sound MS Office skills, high digital affinity, experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Abacus advantageous
• Service-oriented, responsible personality with a structured and meticulous way of working and strong teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills advantageous
