Manager - Manager) Qualification: Full-time MBA (HR) Mandatory Location: Kolkata CTC: As per Industry standards Job Responsibility: PMS: Maintaining & updating PMS data, metrics, comparison & finalisation of PMS file Monitor PIP Executing PMS for Offroll employee. Digitisation & HRIS: Implementation & Effective utilization of HRIS HRIS gap analysis, ensure closures & solutions Implentation & Educating team & talents on Digitisation apps & tools Employee Communication: Regular updates to employees on company policies, procedures and initiatives.
