HR Operations Executive

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless integration with other departments, and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations. • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal clients. The ideal candidate will possess: • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the technology industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as Workday or BambooHR. • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) is an added advantage.
