Purpose General Manages and optimizes Human Resources systems and tools in Latin America, ensuring quality, integrity, and updating of information, as well as generating analytical reports that support strategic decision-making on talent. Key Responsibilities Administer and supervise HRIS systems in the region. Analyze RH data to generate reports on costs, HC, rotation, compensation, and performance. Ensure quality, security, and integration of HR processes and systems. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR projects and initiatives. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices and trends. Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs. Identify and mitigate risks related to HR operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
