As a general contractor for the largest US-American ride-hailing provider, we contribute to making urban traffic more environmentally friendly and thus improving the quality of life in urban agglomerations.

Tasks

• You will support our 150 Ennoo drivers throughout their entire employee lifecycle – from initial conversation to hiring and onboarding until offboarding.
• You will be the first point of contact for all personnel-related questions and ensure a valued, binding employee commitment.
• You will steer recruiting and onboarding new drivers and shape processes actively with.
• You are responsible for maintaining personal data records and digital personnel files.
• You coordinate deployment and shift planning in close coordination with the operations manager.
• You support the organization of a smooth operation and coordination and management of the vehicle fleet.

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on personnel economics, or equivalent qualification.
• First experience in personnel care, recruiting, or onboarding is advantageous.
• Social skills, intercultural competence, and a hands-on mentality.
• Independent and solution-oriented work.
• Safe handling of Office apps, particularly Excel.
• Readiness to obtain the IHK certificate in Sach- und Fachkunde Taxi and Mietwagen within a short period.
• Good English skills are desirable.
