Job Description:

Ensure that defined data audit and monitoring are processed on time and share the necessary analysis or audit results as expected.
Actively involved in data quality checks by understanding the different attributes that affect the process.
Primary responsibility ensures data quality at the employee level and shares the findings promptly for corrections.
Working in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for protecting data privacy, ensuring HR access management always, and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breaches of compliance policies. Accountable for managing Sox and audit requirements.
Continuously strive to gain customer satisfaction and minimize complaints regarding the delivery of operational services.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Service.
