The figure will be responsible for schedule planning, attendance management and monitoring of absences, as well as the coordination of employee shifts and schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in scheduling and time management. He/She will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
