Functieomschrijving

As HR Officer, you work together with the HR Manager to ensure a well-running HR department. You coordinate flex-aanvragen, keep track of absenteeism registration and ensure that HR administration is correct. You support supervisors in conversations, answer HR questions from within the organization and think actively about improving processes and optimizing E-HRM systems. You switch easily between different topics, pick things up quickly and like to keep it practical and clear. In this role, you can really make a difference within the team and the organization.

Our client is located in the vicinity of Waddinxveen. They stand with years of expertise for high-quality products in the field of Confectionery. 95% of these products are exported. The products produced here are seasonally dependent, which means that different shifts work depending on the workload. This company has approximately 80 permanent employees and can scale up to around 150 employees during peak season. There is an open and informal company culture.

Functie-eisen

• HBO-opleiding in HRM
  
• Affinity with all-round HR within a production environment
  
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
  
• Nuance, decisiveness and good overview
  
• You switch easily, pick things up quickly and don't make it more complicated than necessary
