Job description

Almased is one of the most well-known brands in the field of nutrition and health products in the German-speaking region. For decades, the brand has stood for scientifically founded nutrition concepts for optimizing metabolism, as well as sustainable weight regulation.

Since over 30 years, we have started from a kitchen table in Bienenbüttel, we are market leaders in Germany – and also active in the UK and the USA. A prospective expansion of the task area and working hours is generally possible.

You support us in organizing, administrative, and personal tasks and ensure that processes are implemented reliably, carefully, and efficiently.

While you work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Management Board and take over responsibilities independently in the areas of HR administration, office management, and organizational support.

You like to work independently, enjoy helping others, and keep track even when multiple topics come up at once? Then you might be exactly the person we are looking for. We are explicitly not looking for someone who only handles paperwork, but a personality that takes responsibility, thinks ahead, and enjoys bringing things forward on their own initiative.
