HR Medewerker (16-24 hours) – Early in Bunnik
Are you an experienced HR professional who gets energy from working in a crafty hospitality environment? Do you have an eye for people and processes? Then this part-time position as HR Medewerker at Early in Bunnik is something for you!
What will you do?
As HR Medewerker at Early, you are responsible for a broad range of HR activities. You support our team of over 120 colleagues spread across the restaurant, bakery, store, and our banqueting events. You work closely with management, administration, and direction, and ensure that all HR processes run smoothly. Think about onboarding and offboarding, recruitment and selection, absenteeism guidance, performance reviews, and optimizing HR processes. You also manage personnel administration and think about improvements.
What do you bring?
- A completed MBO education and experience in a comparable function, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Availability of 16 to 24 hours per week;
- A structured approach and an eye for detail;
- Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient knowledge of English;
- You are social, work well together, but also function independently;
- You live in the Utrecht region;
- And you bring a healthy dose of humor!
