HR ManagerIn (Full-time / Part-time)

We are a young startup for Korean music & merchandise. Since 2020, we have been bringing K-Pop and a piece of Korea to Germany.

We are now looking for support in the HR department - someone who can build our team, care for it, and actively shape our company culture.

Tasks

- Recruiting & Onboarding: Creation of job postings, candidate management, conducting interviews, and integrating new team members

- Personnel administration: Management of contracts, personnel files, time recording, and preparation of salary and wage statements

- Employee care: First point of contact for our team in all personal matters

- Team development & culture: Organization of training sessions, team events, and shaping our employer branding

Qualification

You have a desire to start your career in HR and grow with a young team. You enjoy working with people, are empathetic, reliable, and structured. Even in stressful or chaotic times, you keep the overview and tackle things proactively - then apply!

- First experience in HR (e.g., through internships, student work, or training)

- Very good German language skills, very good English language skills

- Communication strength and a friendly, professional demeanor

- Discretion and safe handling of confidential data
