SPIZZA is a Fast-Casual-Premium-Pizza concept by chef Tim Raue for the Travel-Retail market. We operate modern pizzerias at train stations and airports, combining culinary standards with clear structured processes. We grow and develop a brand that stands for quality, reliability, and entrepreneurial spirit.

We are looking for an HR ManagerIn (m/w/d) to build and further develop the People department for Stores and Head Office.

Aufgaben

• You understand HR as a people role and are present in the team – as a contact person, impulse giver, and connecting element to the organization
• You build our HR department comprehensively and are responsible for recruiting and central HR topics for Stores and Head Office – with a special focus on operational recruiting in the Travel-Retail environment
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for our operational roles – from coordination with Operations to the final hiring decision
• You develop and moderate structured selection processes – particularly for leadership and key positions
• You fill our vacancies together with Operations and Management – quickly, structured, and with high quality standards
• You ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process
• You manage central HR topics for Stores and Head Office – from personnel administration to process structure
• You ensure compliance with our HR standards and work closely with our external payroll office

Qualifikation

• You have outstanding people management skills and build trust through presence and proximity to the teams
• You have several years of experience in HR in the context of gastronomy
• You are responsible for successfully recruiting processes for operational and commercial positions
• You have built HR structures or sustainably developed existing setups
• You make decisions and take responsibility even in stressful situations
• You recognize optimization potential early on and develop HR standards and processes proactively further
• You have solid knowledge of labor law and navigate labor-related questions safely
• You bring a pragmatic hands-on mentality and communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally in German and English
