Responsibilities

As an HR Manager with a focus on personnel deployment planning, you will be the point of contact for a part of

our assistance teams for all organizational questions, including:

• Scheduling and sickness replacements
• Creation of job profiles and conducting interviews
• Onboarding of new care assistants
• Employee and client discussions
• Preparation and follow-up of team meetings

You will form the interface between our care assistants, the nursing department, and management. Together, it is our task to offer a reliable organization for our care assistants so that they can optimally address the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

You should bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Commercial apprenticeship or commercial degree
• Openness to new approaches
• Empathy and communication skills
• Reliability and diligence
