This is exactly where you come in. As our HR responsible person, you will work directly with management, shape your topics independently, and make HR at our company something that is felt throughout the entire business.

Responsibilities

What you will achieve with us

• First point of contact: Management, executives, and employees come to you with their HR questions. Together, you will find solutions that work.
• Recruiting with heart: You will find the people who fit our company and accompany them from the job advertisement to their first day of work.
• Inspiring and retaining employees: You will accompany our team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, coordinate employee reviews, and keep an eye on agreed-upon goals and development steps.
• Employer Branding: You will show externally why it is worthwhile to work for us and develop ideas on how to attract good people and retain them long-term.
• Thinking HR digitally: You will manage our HR system Personio and further develop our processes and digital solutions, preferably also with AI.
• Personnel Administration: Employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other documents will be in your hands.
• HR Reporting: You will keep an eye on the most important key figures and prepare them for management.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

Who you are is more important to us than how long your HR resume is. If you are passionate about HR topics, want to take responsibility, and like to drive things forward, you are a good fit for us. Career changers from office management, assistance, or project management who want to move into HR are also very welcome.

• Experience in HR or a related role and a good feel for HR topics
• a structured, independent, and pragmatic way of working
• curiosity and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• an enthusiasm for digitalization, modern tools, and AI
• joy in working with a wide variety of people, from welders to management
• the willingness to be on-site in Werneck when needed
