The Role
- Partner with a dedicated client group, operating autonomously while supported by an HR Advisor and escalating to the Senior HR Manager as needed;
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, including coaching leaders through performance conversations;
- Lead cyclical HR processes such as talent and remuneration reviews, ensuring smooth delivery with Advisor support;
- Collaborate with the Graduate Recruitment team on graduate programs and onboarding initiatives;
- Advise and manage employee relations matters, including complex cases and investigations;
- Influence and coach leaders to build capability, resilience and high performing teams; and
- Drive wellbeing initiatives with a strong focus on psychological safety, managing burnout and supporting workloads in a fast paced environment.
- Proven HR business partnering experience, managing your own client group;
- Strong employee relations expertise, including leading complex matters and investigations with the ability to coach Advisors;
- Experience in a professional services or financial services experience highly regarded;
- Demonstrated experience influencing and coaching stakeholders with confidence to challenge respectfully and think creatively; and
- Prior experience in a structured, large corporate environment.
