The ideal candidate for the roe should be very proficient in HR Business Practices and should have good team building and team management abilities with proven track record of successfully managing a fast paced and dynamic workforce.
Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources management role.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
• Strong leadership skills to guide the team and support and motivate staff
• A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts
• Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred with a solid background in recruitment are preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and training & development.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's overall goals.
• Maintaining and updating HR records, including employee files and HR databases.
• Conducting employee performance evaluations, disciplinary processes and formal grievances and contributing to performance improvements.
• Staying current on HR best practices and industry trends, and continuously improving HR processes and systems.
