HR Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. Manage the end-to-end HR process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. Ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages. Coordinate training programs for HR staff and other employees as needed. Develop and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters. Manage the company's employee data and records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting to measure HR program effectiveness. Ensure HR programs and initiatives align with company goals and objectives.
