HR MANAGER

Staff spa, agency for work, Ancona branch, is looking for a company of design, engineering, and production of Made in Italy technologies for remote monitoring in the Oil, Gas, and Water sectors, and for Building Automation in the civil sector. We are seeking one HR Manager to strengthen our organizational structure and support business growth. The resource, reporting directly to the General Management, will be responsible for strategically and operationally managing all HR processes, contributing to personnel development and creating a positive work environment, in line with company values of quality, sustainability, and innovation. Main responsibilities - Management and coordination of the entire HR area: selection, training, development, and administration of personnel - Definition and implementation of HR policies in line with business objectives and current regulations - Supervision of recruitment and selection processes, in collaboration with functional managers - Management of labor relations and support for collective bargaining - Coordination of personnel administration: attendance, contracts, wages, contributions - Development and monitoring of HR performance indicators (turnover, training, corporate climate, absenteeism) - Promotion of training and professional growth programs for personnel - Support to General Management in defining organizational strategies and succession plans. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Labor Consulting, Human Resources, Economics, Law, Psychology of Work or related fields - Consolidated experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role, preferably in metal-mechanical companies - In-depth knowledge of labor regulations - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationship management skills - Attitude to problem-solving and change management - Knowledge of main HR software and good proficiency in the Office package.
