HR Manager (SME, Changi South)

Summary The HR Manager will personally run payroll on Timesoft, personally administer MOM work passes, personally screen blue-collar candidates (drivers, technicians, warehouse staff) on a continuous high-volume basis, partner with the founders on senior recruiting, and personally organise the quarterly company events Responsibilities HR generalist who has personally led recruitment, payroll, and exit conversations for 40 to 150 staff. Solo-function experience strongly preferred Experinece in managing HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and training. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with HR systems and software a plus. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
