Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the entire End-to-End-Recruiting from demand clarification to contract signing
• You conduct active Active Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talentpool-Aufbau, Direktansprache)
• You develop and optimize Recruiting-Prozesse
• You advise leadership on job profiles, interview guidance, and selection decisions
• You ensure a professional Candidate Experience
• You work sovereignly with Personio, Softgarden, and digital HR systems
• You take over operational Aufgaben im HR-Management (Vertragswesen, Dokumentenerstellung, Pflege von Personalakten, administrative Prozesse)
• You support the structured development of Onboarding- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in Recruiting and operational HR
• Fundamental practice in Active Sourcing
• Experience in a creative environment (e.g. Architektur, Design, Agentur, Markeninszenierung)
• Experience or interest in the field of Personalentwicklung is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of modern HR-Systeme
• A strong Hands-on-Mentalität
• High Resilienz in dynamic project environments
• Motivation, willingness to take over responsibility and drive topics forward
• Structured, independent working style
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
