Job description

Bremen | Full-time or Part-time (min. 30 hrs./week) | €55,000 - €62,000 / year (full-time equivalent)

Develop people. Take responsibility. Advance HR together.

MERENTIS stands for intelligent process automation, modern IT solutions, and reliable services. With our teams in consulting, technology, and support, we help companies work more efficiently and implement changes successfully.

Our teams are meant to grow both professionally and personally. For this, we are looking for reinforcement in the HR team: someone who enjoys supporting people, enables development, and jointly develops and implements good solutions with managers and colleagues.

In this role, you will combine personnel development with operational HR work close to people, with scope for creative input and the ambition to put good ideas into practice.

Tasks

You will shape personnel development for the entire company and additionally support our apprentices and students.

  • You will further develop our skill and competence models and conduct employee and development discussions.
  • You will derive concrete development measures and learning opportunities from these and implement them.
  • You will further expand our personnel development instruments and processes, utilizing digital tools and AI where they offer real added value.
  • You will support managers in development and personnel matters, acting in a supportive, clear, and solution-oriented manner.
  • You will support our apprentices and students throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to departure. This includes, among other things, selection processes/interviews, contract management, questions regarding compensation and time accounts, and ongoing support.
  • You will take on your own HR and personnel development projects and keep track of them.
  • In the small HR team, you will also support beyond your own area of responsibility when needed.

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in personnel development and/or operational HR work, ideally 3 - 5 years.
  • Experience in medium-sized companies is a plus. More important to us is your understanding of pragmatic solutions and short decision-making processes.
  • Enjoyment in reaching people and addressing even difficult topics openly and respectfully.
  • A good mix of conceptual strength and willingness to implement.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills. You can bring together different perspectives and remain clear and appreciative even when dealing with difficult topics.
  • Interest in IT, digitalization, and AI.
  • Proactivity and perseverance. You stick with topics even when changes take time.
  • A pragmatic attitude: You don't wait for the perfect solution, but find a good one and implement it.

Benefits

  • A great company culture
  • Mobile hardware
  • Up to 60% mobile work
  • Company fitness
  • SpenditCard
  • Bike leasing
  • Company pension plan
  • Regular company events and activities

A small HR team, short decision-making processes, and a role where personnel development and real HR work go hand in hand.

You will work closely with your supervisor and the management. Your ideas are welcome; the crucial thing is that they lead to jointly agreed-upon solutions and concrete results.

If you know PE, understand HR, and enjoy getting things rolling, we should get to know each other.
