HR Manager / People Partner (m/w/d)

We are looking for a HR Manager / People Partner (m/w/d) on a full-time or part-time basis, who will accompany our executives and decentralized locations competently and reliably manage operational HR topics. Ideally, you will work from Munich and be on site about once a week – alternatively at one of our other locations.

Your role
You are the central point of contact for executives and employees in all HR topics – from daily operations to challenging labor law issues. With your sense of people and organization, you build trust, provide orientation, and develop solutions that benefit both employees and the company sustainably. Even in dynamic and complex situations, you maintain an overview, act sovereignly, and actively contribute to a positive, modern corporate culture.

Tasks

Counseling & Support

• Counseling and support for our decentralized locations in all personnel-related matters
• Support and accompaniment of executives in labor law and personnel-related topics
• Pursuit of individual and collective labor law issues
• Collaboration with internal and external contact partners, works councils, and specialist departments
• Shaping constructive employer-employee relationships

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Responsibility for the Employee Lifecycle (excluding recruiting and onboarding)
• Steering and further development of operational HR processes
• Ensuring professional and pragmatic HR support in daily operations

Further Development & Conceptualization

• Participation in the further development of HR structures, processes, and standards
• Conceptual support in the area of Learning & Development
• Support for topics around retention as well as prospective Compensation & Benefits

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or People Partner
• Experience in counseling and supporting executives and employees within decentralized organizations
• Good knowledge and practical experience in individual and collective labor law, ideally also in the tariff field
• Sovereign demeanor, high social competence, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
