HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct salary negotiations, reference checks, and ensure smooth joining.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT and cost-per-hire.

HR Operations

• Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws.
• Handle performance management process and support managers with appraisals.
• Drive employee engagement activities and handle employee relations/grievances.
• Maintain HRMIS/employee database with accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, HR practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS.
