For our corporate group, we are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) who can accurately assess people, identify development potential, and contribute to the further development of our organization with a clear focus on collaboration, role understanding, and personal impact.
In this position, the focus is not on the technical classification of professional topics, but on understanding people in their respective roles, in their collaboration with others, and in their potential within a growing company network. We are looking for a personality with fine judgment, high social competence, and the ability to recognize and professionally classify dynamics early on.

Your Responsibilities

• Assessment of personal competencies, potentials, and behaviors in the respective professional context
• Recognition of team-related dynamics, areas of tension, and development needs
• Support in classifying personal fit, communication strength, and impact within the organizational environment
• Sensitive and professional handling of concerns of employees and departments
• Contribution to constructive, binding, and clear collaboration across teams and locations
• Support in the further development of an organization-wide collaboration based on professionalism, trust, and responsibility
• Contribution of observations and assessments on topics relevant to team stability, collaboration, and development

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, Economics, or Social Sciences
• Professional experience in a people-oriented, consulting, or organization-related environment
• Very good intuition for people, personal competencies, and interpersonal relationships
• Ability to differentiate and professionally classify potentials, development areas, and dynamics
• High social competence, empathy, and discretion
• Strong judgment as well as confident, reflective demeanor
• Structured, independent, and responsible work approach
• Very good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
