Job description

For our corporate group, we are looking for an HR Manager (m/w/d) who can accurately assess people, recognize potential, and contribute to the further development of our organization with a clear view on cooperation, role understanding, and personal impact.
In this position, technical classification is not the main focus, but rather understanding people in their respective roles, in their collaboration with others, and within a growing corporate network. We are looking for a personality with fine judgment, high social competence, and the ability to recognize dynamics early on and professionally integrate them.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

  • Evaluation of personal competencies, potential, and behavioral patterns in their respective professional context
  • Recognition of team-related dynamics, tension fields, and development needs
  • Support in the integration of personal fit, communication strength, and impact within the organizational environment
  • Sensitive and professional handling of employee concerns and departmental affairs
  • Participation in constructive, binding, and clear cooperation across teams and locations
  • Support in the further development of an organization-wide cooperation that is based on professionalism, trust, and responsibility
  • Bringing observations and assessments to topics relevant for team stability, cooperation, and development

Qualifikation

Your profile

  • SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • Professional experience in a personal, advisory, or organization-related environment
  • Very good sense for people, personal competencies, and interpersonal connections
  • Able to differentiate and professionally integrate potential, development fields, and dynamics
  • High social competence, empathy, and discretion
  • Well-developed judgment and a confident, reflective appearance
  • Structured, independent, and responsible work style
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form
  • Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
