RCT Power GmbH offers solutions for battery storage systems in conjunction with solar panels. A dynamic team develops this technology and related inverter and system technology at an attractive location in Konstanz. We are one of the leading manufacturers on the market for stationary battery storage systems coupled to photovoltaic systems for private homes and commercial use.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as HR Manager

Tasks

• Administration and maintenance of personnel files
• Leadership of employee interviews (e.g. feedback, development, and conflict interviews)
• Conducting job interviews and accompanying the entire recruitment process
• Preparation, review, and administration of employment contracts, additional agreements, and other personnel-related documents
• Administration and organization of company vehicles
• Communication and cooperation with the accountant
• Verification and control of payroll and salary calculations
• Support for management in personnel-related matters

Qualification

• Completed commercial education or degree with a focus on human resources
• Multiple years of experience in HR from an advantage
• Very good knowledge of labor and social law
• Structured, self-reliant, and meticulous working style
• Communication skills and confident demeanor
• Discretion, sense of responsibility, and trustworthiness
