HR Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for recruitment including active sourcing
• Career guidance for employees and management staff
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts, additional agreements, and other personnel-related documents
• Taking over administrative tasks
• Support in preparing payroll calculations
• Taking over on- and offboarding of employees

Qualification

• Completed degree or comparable training in the field of personnel management, psychology, or a related field
• Professional experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as high self-motivation
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
