HR Manager (m/w/d) with Technical Understanding

For our corporate group, we are looking for an HR Manager (m/w/d) with technical understanding, organizational strength, and a keen sense for people, competencies, and structures. In this role, you will support management in personnel-related, organizational, and structural matters and contribute to ensuring that professional, team-based, and group-level questions are efficiently and thoroughly addressed. Ideally, you have a background in engineering – preferably in environmental engineering or a comparable technical field.

• Recognize, take on, and structure the challenges faced by our employees and departments early on
• Coordinate and further develop internal processes and group-level structures
• Ensure that relevant topics are efficiently processed, sensibly prioritized, and sustainably continued
• Evaluate technical requirements and professional criteria in the context of projects, new structures, and cross-sectional themes
• Support competence assessments – professionally-technically (requirements/expertise) and personally-organizational (potential, cooperation, context-adaptation)
• Foster coordination between professionalism, organization, and employees within the group
• Contribute to a professional, clear, and effective collaboration across locations and departments

Qualification

Your profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree program, ideally in engineering or environmental engineering; alternatively economics or social sciences
• Professional experience in a technical, advisory, or project-based environment
• Able to quickly grasp technical requirements and professionally evaluate them
• Keen sense for people, competencies, development potential, and team dynamics
• High organizational ability, structured, self-reliant, and responsible work style
• Sovereign demeanor, clear communication, and excellent judgment
• Able to manage different topics in parallel and prioritize them securely
• Familiar with Microsoft 365
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
