Aufgaben

We are looking for you!

As HR Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Recruiting, you will be a key member of our HR team at nobleglass and shape our growth actively. You drive our recruiting forward – from job postings and agency management to interviews – and bring your ideas for modern HR structures into play. In doing so, you take responsibility and develop your role together with us further.

Your place of work is our central office in Kolbermoor - alternatively, we can also enable our location at the AFC Claims GmbH in Hamburg as a workplace.

Your tasks with us

You are a central member of our HR team and work closely with management and Head of HR.

• You are responsible for our recruiting: from job profiles and postings to channel selection, agency management, and active sourcing, as well as interviews and accompanying candidates until the decision.
• You develop HR concepts and processes further (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, talent & performance topics) and actively bring your own ideas into play.
• In day-to-day business, you act as an HR all-rounder – from onboarding to offboarding – and are the point of contact for employees and management.
• You take over responsibility for projects and drive their implementation forward together with the HR team.

Qualifikation

This is what you should bring along

• A completed bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, psychology, HR or a comparable field.
• Multiple years of experience in generalist HR, with a clear focus on recruiting (including cooperation with external service providers/ agencies).
• You think conceptually, enjoy designing and want more than just operational day-to-day business.
• You work independently, structured, and keep an overview even when working on multiple projects.
• You are a very communicative, open-minded person with a liking for an environment with start-up character.
• You speak German fluently in word and writing (at least C1).
