HR-Manager (m/w/d)

InterEngineer GmbH is a Safety Compliance Consulting Company that has been active in the field of machine/automobile and rail technology since 2006. Our expert team has specialized in providing services to manufacturers of rail technology, which must comply with product and functional specifications in Europe and particularly Germany. InterEngineer advises and supports customers operationally on the topic of safety in engineering up to the safety report. Not only is compliance with regulations a priority, but especially the optimal process of the approval procedure and product safety.

We are looking for you as an HR Manager (m/w/d) to take over the leadership of our HR department at our Wolfenbüttel location at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

•Management and consulting of executives and employees in all personnel-related and labor law matters.

•Leadership of a small HR team.

•Design and implementation of the entire Employee Lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

•Responsibility for recruitment, from job posting to selection decision.

•Close cooperation with internal interfaces and participation in HR projects.

•Participation in developing new personnel concepts as well as continuous optimization of existing HR instruments and processes.

Qualifikation

•Completed business administration studies with a focus on personnel/labor law or equivalent qualification.

•Several years of professional experience in comparable positions.

•In-depth knowledge of labor law as well as good knowledge of social security law; basic knowledge of income tax law.

•Outstanding consulting skills and confident demeanor towards executives.

•Documented experience in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition.

•Experience in conceiving, optimizing, and introducing HR processes.

•Structured, responsible, and service-oriented working style.

•High communication skills, outstanding initiative, and strong team orientation.

•Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills.

•Knowledge of the engineering field is an advantage.
