HR Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (50%)

The Nui Care GmbH is a Munich-based HealthTech startup that develops a care app and services for caregivers to support them. Nui helps with all matters related to care through relevant information and assistance with organization. The care app stands alongside with a guide, intelligent assistant, and much more. Whether it's submitting applications, organizing doctor appointments or learning caregiving skills - Nui simplifies care.

We are expanding our team and looking for you as HR Manager (m/w/d). Type of employment: **Part-time (50%)

**Remote or on-site in Munich

Tasks

As HR Manager (m/w/d) at Nui Care, you are responsible for administrative HR management, employee development, and actively shaping our company culture. You will take care of contract management and be the interface to payroll accounting: reviewing monthly salary and wage statements upon changes (no specific knowledge of payroll software required). In the area of employee development, you will accompany goal agreements and individual development plans. Additionally, you plan and organize our quarterly offsites/meetups and significantly contribute to the further development of our People & Culture, including onboarding and offboarding.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a startup environment or in a dynamic growing organization
• Self-motivated and structured work style
• Excellent communication skills and high level of empathy, integrity, and discretion
• High willingness to take on new challenges and self-initiative
• Excellence in German and very good English language skills in writing and speaking
