We are IBS Schreiber. Since over 45 years an owner-managed company with headquarters in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg. Our focal points lie in the areas of SAP Security, Consulting & Auditing as well as Software Development.

To build up our department People & Finance, we are looking for you immediately as HR Manager in

Full-time (39 hours/week).

You have several years of experience in the HR field and would like to take responsibility for comprehensive personnel work in a medium-sized company? You come from the Hamburg environment and can hybrid work - 3 days in the office - 2 days at home.

Tasks

• to manage the entire Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, Development, Changes, Offboarding)
• To prepare and manage employment contracts, contract changes, and HR documents
• To work with Personio and structure HR data
• To accompany recruitment processes and coordinate job interviews
• To be a contact person for employees and management staff on HR matters
• To further develop and digitalize HR processes
• To work closely with the management team

Qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience from the HR field
• You have proven experience with Personio (precondition)
• You work structured, independently, and discreetly
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• You like to take responsibility and actively shape HR
