HR Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner and advise executives strategically and operationally on all HR-related issues.

• Support and accompany employees and executives throughout the entire employee lifecycle and promote a positive employee experience and high engagement.

• Manage and coordinate HR initiatives in the areas of talent development, performance management, and employee retention.

• Design and support the performance management process, including objective setting, performance reviews, and individual development plans.

• Analyze HR metrics and personnel data, identify trends, and derive appropriate measures for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and executives to ensure a high-quality recruiting and onboarding experience.

• Ensure compliance with labor law regulations, internal policies, and HR standards, and advise executives on best practices.

• Support organizational change processes, cooperation with the works council, and complex labor law and employee-related issues to promote sustainable company success.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a generalist HR/People function within a larger, internationally oriented company.

• In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and modern personnel management practices.

• Fluent German and English skills as well as excellent communication skills in speaking and writing.

• Proficient in the standard Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HR systems and digital tools.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in building and maintaining trusting relationships at all levels of the company.

• Analytical mindset and experience in using HR metrics, data analysis, and insights to support informed decisions.

• High organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
