WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS AREA HR-MANAGER (m/w/d)
For our BERSHKA Stores in Germany

Aufgaben

• Recruiting & Onboarding – active candidate management until employment and contract processing
• Gestaltung, Planung und Begleitung von Onboarding-Prozessen neuer Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
• People Development – you recognize potential, accompany talents, and set individual training and development programs in motion
• Betreuung und Feedback-Gespräche mit Führungskräften & Trainees
• Culture & Values – you bring our values into the stores – with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and a positive team culture
• Health & Safety – you are responsible for training, check-ups, and workshops, support in ISO preparations, and ensure that standards are met
• Operatives HR-Management – from personnel deployment and vacation planning to budget control and promotions or transfers – you ensure a smooth HR organization
• Teamwork – in close coordination with the Area Team, you develop operational personnel strategies and are, together with HR Business Partners, the point of contact for all HR questions and accompany teams hands-on in everyday life
• You also develop new programs for training and development together with other HR team members and lead trainings and coaching sessions as needed
• Travel & Support – you are regularly on-site at the stores, build proximity to the teams, and are present when it matters

Qualifikation

• Abschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich HR, Pädagogik, Psychologie or comparable qualification
• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im HR-Management, ideally in Retail or international companies
• You also bring passion for HR topics, enjoyment of working with people, and a lot of empathy
• Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und Begeisterung für People & Culture
• Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent and the ability to manage multiple topics parallelly
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft, Selbstständigkeit and pleasure in working closely with teams
• Siebene gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
