HR Manager (m/f/d) Limited for 1.5 Years

Your Responsibilities

• You advise and support our executives as a trustworthy sparring partner on all strategic and operational HR issues.
• You support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• You actively shape and accompany organizational development and change processes and contribute to the future-proof development of our organization.
• You support the recruiting process - from personnel planning and candidate selection to the successful onboarding of new colleagues.
• You participate in payroll accounting and ensure smooth payroll together with the relevant interfaces.
• You are responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the HR budget and support with personnel management analyses as well as administrative HR processes.
• You independently take on HR projects and contribute new ideas for the optimization and further development of our HR work and our company.

Your Qualifications

• You have a completed degree with a focus on Personnel Management or a comparable qualification with additional training.
• You have extensive experience in a comparable position as well as in supporting employees and executives, and possess broad expertise in individual and collective labor law.
• With initiative and diplomatic skill, you convince through your communication and consulting competence.
• With your very good self-management and high willingness to provide service, you actively shape your role.
• You act as a motivator and promote change through your advisory role - always with an eye on emotional aspects ("from heart-to-heart").
• Through rational argumentation and emotional depth, you convince in interactions and influence behavior sustainably.
• You are strong in communication, flexible, organized, and have a heart for sustainability - then we are looking forward to you!
