Tasks

• You manage a defined group of employees independently in all personnel-related matters and are the first point of contact for employees and executives.
• You advise executives competently on labor law and personnel economic topics and support them in implementing HR measures.
• You steer and accompany all relevant HR processes and ensure that their smooth execution is guaranteed.
• Professional consulting and support in organizational development and individual employee development, including re- and up-grouping, internal transfers, performance evaluations, as well as other individual and collective legal questions.
• You actively work on projects to further develop our HR strategy and bring your own ideas into play.
• You ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes.

Qualification

• A successfully completed degree program with a focus on Human Resources or a successfully completed commercial training with corresponding HR further education.
• Multiple years of work experience in Human Resources, ideally in a manufacturing company.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills.
• A high level of reliability, as well as a careful, structured, and quality-conscious working method.
• A strong sense of discretion, integrity, and responsibility when handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Very good communication skills, strong team orientation, and a high service- and solution-oriented approach.
• A self-contained, structured, and proactive working method.
• A strong social competence and joy in dealing with people.
