Your tasks - In this versatile position, you will advise and accompany employees and management staff on all personal and labor law-related issues. - You will actively support the management in implementing HR processes and contribute to their continuous development. - You will recognize early on personal or organizational changes and function as a competent contact person and sparring partner for management staff. - Furthermore, you will work closely with the international headquarters to successfully implement group-wide HR initiatives. - Additionally, you will work on preparing, analyzing, and developing HR key figures. Your profile - You hold a completed education in HR with an eidg. Fachausweis; further qualification in HR leadership is advantageous. - Several years of professional experience in a similar HR function ? ideally in the transport or logistics industry ? are also brought along. - You possess very good English skills; additional languages are a plus and facilitate international exchange. - You personally convince through responsibility, self-initiative, and joy in driving projects forward and actively shaping changes. - Your high social competence, team ability, and fairness also characterize you.
