HR - Manager Mission

We are looking for a HR Manager (m/w/d) – a person who is organized, structured and forward-thinking, and also keeps a cool head in dynamic situations.

As HR Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the entire HR department and support recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, as well as administrative HR topics.

You will ensure that all personnel-related processes run smoothly and employee satisfaction is always top of mind.

You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented and feel at home in a young, digital team that pursues ambitious goals and works with passion for a strong brand.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the entire Recruiting process, including the creation of job postings, comprehensive candidate management, conducting interviews, and organizing and accompanying the onboarding process for new employees
• Development and Implementation of comprehensive personnel strategies and processes that are aligned with the company's long-term goals
• Comprehensive support for employees in all personnel-related topics, including counseling and support for individual concerns
• Support for leadership through counseling and accompaniment in the areas of performance management and systematic employee development to promote their career advancement
• Promotion and analysis of HR key figures and regular reporting to senior management to support strategic decisions
• Design and implementation of employer branding activities to position our company as an attractive employer and increase our visibility on the job market

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic environment
• Fundamental knowledge of labor law and HR software
• Reliable, structured and conscientious work style – even when faced with many parallel tasks you keep the overview
• Persistent, solution-oriented and motivated to give your best even in stressful phases
• Pleasure in organizing, thinking ahead and efficiently implementing
• Clear, friendly and professional communication – internally and externally
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills an asset
