HR MANAGER MEXICO

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Lead the Human Resources strategy and execution across regions and business units in Mexico, ensuring alignment with business priorities, corporate policies, and local legal requirements. Driving a consistent and high-performing HR function that supports the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes but is not limited to: developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives; providing HR guidance and support to management and employees; managing employee relations and conflict resolution; conducting investigations and resolving complaints; ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; analyzing and interpreting data related to human resources metrics and trends; and making recommendations for process improvements. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to: communicating HR initiatives and policies; providing training and development opportunities; and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date on changing labor laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources.
