HR Manager

As HR Manager, you are the driving force behind the complete HR policy. You build towards a future-oriented and professional HR story, with an eye for both strategic objectives and daily practice. In close collaboration with management, you function as sparring partner, advisor, and change driver.

Your responsibilities:

• Further development and expansion of the HR policy and related strategy

• Active involvement in recruitment: drafting attractive job postings, conducting selection interviews, and developing a strong onboarding process

• Detecting training needs and setting up targeted learning and development trajectories

• Serving as the first point of contact for employees and contributing to a positive, open, and engaged work culture

• Advising management based on HR data and insights
