Tasks

• Group-wide consultation of international companies on personnel and labor law issues

• Support for a defined employee group in all personnel-related matters with an international focus

• Advice and support for leadership staff on strategic personnel topics within the company group

• Participation in the further development and implementation of international HR guidelines and processes

• Support for foreign companies in administrative personnel tasks, employment contracts, certifications, and electronic time recording (ATOSS)

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in economics, law, or social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resource management, psychology, or business administration

• Professional experience in a comparable position, for example as an HR Business Partner, Personnel Officer, or HR Manager (m/w/d)

• Basic knowledge of international labor law

• Proficient use of MS Office

• Secure handling of German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
