Job description
We are growing around 3 times a year — and every new head decides whether we can keep up the pace. Exactly here you come into play.
We are LikeGroup: 33 heads from Frankfurt, who implement creator marketing for brands like Telekom, Deutsche Bahn, Zürich Versicherung, SharkNinja, and Sony. Since 2018, over 80 brands in our portfolio. So far, HR has been handled by the management — now we're looking for the person who will build our people department from scratch.
You work directly with the founders, find the right people, and ensure that our team can grow without losing culture, quality, and performance.
Aufgaben
Recruiting — your focus
- You create and publish job postings and manage the entire recruiting process.
- You take over candidate management and conduct initial interviews.
- You engage in active sourcing for selected positions — especially marketing, creative, and tech roles.
People Operations
- You create and maintain employment contracts and personnel files.
- You accompany on- and offboarding processes.
- You build our HR documentation and processes from scratch and keep them up to date.
Mitarbeiterbetreuung
- You are the point of contact for employees and executives.
- You prepare probationary, feedback, and development conversations and accompany them.
- You also conduct difficult conversations professionally and advise executives on personnel decisions.
Kultur & Aufbau
- You develop our company culture further and organize team events.
- You support employer branding and recruiting marketing.
- As the team grows, you build performance, feedback, and development processes with it.
Qualifikation
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people-&-culture.
- Ideal experience in a rapidly growing company, an agency, or startup.
- Structured and independent working style.
- High communication skills and empathy.
- Sovereign handling of sensitive personnel matters — even in difficult conversations.
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
A Plus
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Experience in recruiting marketing, creative, or tech positions.
Benefits
- Built-in role with real design freedom: you build the HR department from scratch.
- Direct collaboration with the executive board, short decision-making paths without corporate structures.
- Dynamic environment in the creator-, influencer- and social media market.
- Part-time 20–30 hours, with the prospect of growing with the team.
- 3 days office in Frankfurt, 2 days home office.
You don't have to have every process already perfected in your head — but you should be eager to build it. If you understand HR not as administration, but as a lever for growth, we should talk.
Please send us your application — no cover letter is needed.
