• Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures of the company.
• Recruiting, selecting, and integrating new employees.
• Developing and implementing employee training and development programs.
• Managing performance and evaluating employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
Candidates:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR on a strategic position
• Experience in the industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
