By offering challenging and rewarding opportunities, we invite you to join our team! **Position Summary:** The HR Manager provides support to the plant in all Human Resources related activities. This position is responsible for providing high level HR support to the plant and ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are followed. This role works closely with plant management and supervisors. **Responsibilities:** * Partner with plant leadership to drive the achievement of business objectives by providing HR expertise and guidance. * Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to plant management on employee issues and concerns. * Partner with plant management on employee performance management, including performance reviews and progressive discipline. * Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, including conducting interviews, background checks, and new hire orientations. * Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. * Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Manage the performance review process. * Maintain and update the HRIS system. * Administer compensation and benefits programs. * Provide HR support for employee training and development programs. * Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. * Conduct exit interviews. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. * 7+ years of HR experience. * Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with HRIS systems. * SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
