HR Manager /HR Business Partner Startup Our client is a sustainability-focused company that develops REDD projects in Southeast Asia. They help businesses advance in their paths of sustainability and connect them with resources and high-quality carbon credits. Their focus is on carbon sequestration projects that bring co-benefits and additionality to nature, wildlife, biodiversity, and local communities. Responsibilities: Perform full spectrum of HR responsibilities functions (manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with labor laws and regulations) for the company's growing team. Key tasks include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives; • Providing HR support to the management team, including coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution; • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., operations, finance, marketing) to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases; • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees; • Identifying and addressing potential talent gaps and developing succession plans for key positions; • Fostering a positive company culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role; • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
