Job description

We are looking for you to fill a position as „HR-Manager / HR-Generalist (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in the northern part of Munich.

Tasks

  • As HR-Manager / HR-Generalist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the operational management of employees and executives throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You will support administrative and organizational HR processes, including contract law and personnel file management.
  • You will actively participate in recruitment, create and publish job postings, coordinate application processes, and accompany introductory interviews.
  • In addition, you will support personal topics such as absenteeism management, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Your cooperation with external entities such as personnel service providers, authorities, or social insurance carriers, as well as the creation of evaluations, statistics, and reports, will complete your task scope.

Qualification

  • You have completed a degree in human resources management or a comparable qualification.
  • You have professional experience as an HR manager (m/w/d), HR generalist (m/w/d), personnel officer (m/w/d) or in a comparable position.
  • You are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs.
  • Your communication and team skills, willingness to take on tasks, and quick understanding ability distinguish you.
  • You have very good German language skills.
